Snuckafoo is hitting the road again this weekend for a tour of two of the biggest, most-happening cities within 6 hours of Chicago whose names end in "is".

Friday, May 9th: Indianpolis
10pm at The Mousetrap with the Macpodz.

Saturday, May 10th: St. Louis
9pm at Pops Blue Moon.

Come on out if you can. If the thought of traveling to these strange lands frightens you, or if you simply refuse to recognize Missourah, you'll have plenty of chances to catch the foo in Chicago this month. Check the shows page for a complete listing.

Join us May 8th for Sombrero night (BYOSombrero).
And May 15th will be Fake Tattoo night.
Still have to come up with themes for the rest of the month. Maybe a mustache night? Sunglasses night? We'll see. For now, the default theme will be drinkin' party.

This Reggie's is apparently a new spot. New to me, at least. Looks like a pretty cool place. I know one good way to find out. Well, yeah I guess you could Google it. Sure, you could just ask around. Return of the Oscillator

Hey, kids. George is back in town. And, contrary to the rumors that have been getting around, he was not setting up an international child slavery ring. Nope. As it turns out, he was being an amateur archaeologist. From what I understand, he encountered much dirt, old stuff, and Portuguese folk. I'm sure he can give you a more detailed account of his experiences. In fact, if you have any questions (e.g. "Did you find any bones, dinosaur or otherwise?", "Do the Portuguese (much like their Spanish neighbors) eat hamburgers made of pork?", "Can you make a bull shot?"), you can ask George in person this Saturday at Sylvie's Lounge. I'm sure he'll be happy to answer when he's not too busy oscillating.

Tuesday is the day of beats. Or beets. Hell, mix in a radish and call it a remix. Food for thought.

Why such thoughts on a Friday? Because I'm looking forward to Tuesday, Silly. Monday will be cool and all but Tuesday . . . . WO!

Anyone else associate particular vegetables with days of the week? Just wondering . . .

I'm learning new tricks in photoshop. Snuckafoo fliers and such ought to be improving accordingly. This one is just a little experiment in avoiding work. It's not great, but it ain't half bad either. Maybe 40% bad. Not half, though.

I would like to see easily ripable orange tank tops. (think hulkamania). The instructions tell you to rip the shirt every time a jam just blows your balls back.

Then fans have to buy new ones for the next show or even the next song!!!! Oh man. Genius.

Freakin' Shirts

We've still never gotten any freakin' shirts made. Mostly because we still don't have a great shirt idea. Anybody want to toss some around? Some shirt ideas, that is.

I bring this up because I'm going through old files and found a shirt I did a while back. Here it is again. Nobody was a big fan. But that's okay. Until somebody else comes up with something. This is still officially the best shirt design idea we have.
